Custom Wind Guards

Trimill was commissioned by a customer to find a way to improve performance of asphalt gas heaters in windy conditions.

An experimental investigation into the gas heater performance in windy condition was first conducted on the client's premises, testing different configurations of detached wind guards, attached airflow deflectors and gas heater screen modifications.

After successful completion of the experiments, Trimill designed and organized the manufacture of two prototype aluminum wind guards.
